Is Direct Deposit Available?

Yes, Direct Deposit can be added to this or any other package we offer.  In most cases, direct deposit is available for an additional $10/month.  Call us to find our more.

 How do checks get printed?

Your checks will be available on our website in a pdf file (Adobe Acrobat Reader Format).  The checks can be printed on plain paper if you wish to write manual checks, or on blank check paper.  We can assist in getting you started in printing checks.

Can you print checks for me?

You bet!  We can print and mail your checks to your for $1.50/check.  That includes a digital signature, envelope stuffing and sealing (if required).

You get what you pay for.  Most other fixed price services are reselling  you software from Paycycle.  It's a great tool, but still leaves you to manage your own tax payments and tax reporting requirements.  Most others are also charging a quarterly tax fee in addition to their payroll processing.

Unlike other companies, we are a REAL accounting firm run by accountants.  We have the experience and knowledge to manage your payroll needs.  We also can assist you with non-payroll needs such as bookkeeping and taxes.
